【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 シリンダ本体の両端のヘッドカバー及びロッドカバ
ーのそれぞれに給排気ポートを設けてなるエアーシリン
ダにおいて、上記両力バーのうちのいずれか一方に、制
御用インポート、及び他方のカバーの給排気ポートと連
結する制御用アウトポートを設けるとともに、これらイ
ンポートとアウトポートとを結ぶ通路を開閉する制御弁
を内蔵し、さらにこの一方のカバーには、ばねによる付
勢によって上記シリンダ本体内に一部分が突入するプラ
ンジャを摺動自在に内蔵して、このプランジャを上記ば
ねに抗して押動することにより制御弁を開放でき、それ
によって制御用インポート、制御用アウトポート、他方
のカバーの給排気ポートを通じてシリンダ本体内にエア
ーを送入できるようにし、他方、ピ゛ストンあるいはピ
ストンロッドには、上記プランジャを押動するためのプ
ランジャ押動体を、摺動可能にかつばねによりプランジ
ャ側へ付勢して装着し、プランジャ押動体がプランジャ
に衝突してこれを押動する位置までピストンロッド及び
ピストンを外力にて一方のカバー側へ摺動させることに
より、制御弁を開放してエアーを他方のカバー側よりシ
リンダ本体内へ導入してピストンに作用させることがで
き、この作用によりピストンを、プランジャ押動体が上
記のようにプランジャを押した状態のまま、プランジャ
押動体のばねに抗して一方のカバー側へ自動的に摺動さ
せることができ、それによってまた制御弁を開放保持で
