ストンが圧縮行程上死点位置近傍に達した時点で前記常
閉弁を開操作する駆動機構を備えたエンジンブレーキ装
置において、前記駆動機構をソレノイドおよびプランジ
ャを備えた電磁弁によって形成し、前記常閉弁を前記プ
ランジャの動作に連動させたことを特徴とするエンジン
