Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 食品の原材料を高温高圧下で混練した後、オリフィスよ
    り押し出して膨張させる構成の膨化食品の製造装置にお
    いて、管状の吐出部の内部の流路に流路の中心軸と同軸
    にノズルを設けると共に、このノズルの先端を吐出部先
    端のオリフィスよりも外側に配し、さらに液状の補助材
    料をノズルに加圧供給する供給装置を設けたことを特徴
    とする膨化食品の製造装置。
