となる複合材の１回対称面を分割面とした図、ｂ図は、
ａ図におけるｂ−ｂ分割面の図、Ｃ図は、前２図におけ
るｃ−ｃ分割面の図であり、第２図は本考案の製造装置
における第１図と同様な図である。 １：複合材、１１：被覆材料、１２：心線、２１：心線
供給ニツプル、２２：押出成形グイ、Ｘ，Ｘ’：複合材
の１回対称面と同一または平行な方向、ｙ，ｙ’：方向
Ｘ，Ｘ’と垂直な方向、Ｘ， Ｘ’， ｙ， ｙ’はい
ずれも被覆材料の流れの方向、または圧力の方向。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 断面形状が１回対称面のみをもつ非対称複合材を必線の
    周囲に被覆材を押出成形法により被覆して製造する装置
    において、該心線を供給するニツプル、該被覆材の供給
    路及び押出成形ダイスによって形成される金型容器の内
    壁は、該容器内に供給される該被覆材が前記１回対称面
    と垂直方向にあるいは垂直方向が主になって流れて該ダ
    イスから該心線と共に押し出しされるような形状をなし
    ていることを特徴とする非対称複合材の製造装置。
