み、他方の光結合素子により前記スイッチングトランジ
スタを制御する回路構成において、前記他方の光結合素
子の入力側に前記論理信号のパルス幅を所要時間短縮す
るパルス幅短縮回路を設けたことを特徴とする誘導性負
