の斜視図、第３図は大電力テストにおける従来型の取付
状態図、第４図はこの考案の直接冷却型吸収体の縦断側
面図、第５図は第３図と同様、この考案の吸収体の導波
管への取付は状態を示し、第６図は大電力テストの回路
であって、第７図はこの考案と従来のものとの比較を示
すグラフである。 １．１′・・・マイクロ波吸収体（１′は従来型）、２
・・・クライストロン、３・・・導波管、４・・・加速
管、５・・・電力分割器、７・・・中空部分、８・・・
冷却管、９・・・冷却水。
