    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高圧くマルスによって駆動され、送信パルスによって変
    調されたマイクロ波エネルギーをマグネトロンから得る
    ようにした変調器において、前記マグネトロンの陽極部
    に、一端側に放熱フィンを有するヒートパイプの受熱部
    を取り付けたことを特徴とする変調器。
