Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）厚み方向に磁化された平板状の永久磁石を磁束発
    生源とした磁気回路を設け、この磁気回路に平坦な駆動
    コイルを置き、この駆動コイルに通電する電流の方向に
    対応して推力を得るようにしたリニアアクチュエータに
    おいて、前記永久磁石の一方の磁極と他方の磁極のそれ
    ぞれにヨークを磁気的に結合させると共に、これらヨー
    クの先端を対向させて間隙を形成し、この間隙内に前記
    駆動コイルに一体的に取りつけた速度検出コイルを配置
    してなるリニアアクチュエータ。
  2. （２）速度検出コイルは、その面を駆動コイルに対して
    略直角になるように取りつけてなる実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
