Claims (2)
生源とした磁気回路を設け、この磁気回路に平坦な駆動
コイルを置き、この駆動コイルに通電する電流の方向に
対応して推力を得るようにしたリニアアクチュエータに
おいて、前記永久磁石の一方の磁極と他方の磁極のそれ
ぞれにヨークを磁気的に結合させると共に、これらヨー
クの先端を対向させて間隙を形成し、この間隙内に前記
駆動コイルに一体的に取りつけた速度検出コイルを配置
