  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 上面に凹部または凸部を有する被加工物の中心と上記被
    加工物を加工する工具の中心とを合致させる位置検出装
    置におい゛、て、上記被加工物の凹部または凸部と係合
    する円錐形状の先端部を有する検出子と、この検出子を
    ＸＹ方向へ移動案内する案内軸と、これら案内軸の長手
    方向に設けられたラック歯と噛合う歯車を有し、 上記検出子のＸＹ方向−１の移動量を電気的パルス信号
    として出力する検出器とを具備したことを特徴とする位
    置検出装置。
