れたもの）の加圧シリンダ機構の構造を示す縦断面図、
第２図〜第５図はいずれも本考案装置の要部を成す加圧
シリンダ機構の構造を示す縦断面図であり、第２図は原
位置における状態を示す図、第３図は溶接終了位置にお
ける状態を示す図、第４′図はクリーナ位置における状
態を示す図、第５図はメンテナンス位置における状態を
示す図である。 （符号の説明）、Ａは加圧シリンダ機構、Ｂ移動台、１
は駆動ピストンのロンド、３は駆動シリンダ室、４は第
１の補助シリンダ室、５は第２の補助シリンダ室、６は
駆動ピストン、７は第１のストッパピストン、８は第２
のストッパピストン、９は第１のストッパ部材、１０は
第２のストッパ部材である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被溶接物を取付ける固定台及び移動台と、この移動台を
    ピストンロンドに支持して往復駆動する加圧シリンダ機
    構とを備えた突き合わせ溶接装置であって、 上記加圧シリンダ機構は駆動シリンダ室の前後に第１、
    第２の補助シリンダ室を隣設した構造を成し、上記駆動
    シリンダ室内には駆動ピストンを往復摺動可能に配設し
    てあり、かつ上記第１の補助シリンダ室内には第１のス
    トッパピストンを往復摺動可能に外嵌させた上記駆動ピ
    ストンの一方側のロンドを貫通させ、上記第１のストッ
    パピストンを外嵌させた上記駆動ピストンの一方側のロ
    ンドの外側には第１のストッパ部材を設け、このストッ
    パ部材を上記駆動ピストンの復動時に上記第１のストッ
    パピストンに当接するようにしてあり、さらに上記第２
    の補助シリンダ室内には第２のストッパピストンを往復
    摺動可能に外嵌させた上記駆動ピストンの他方側のロン
    ドを貫通させ、上記第２のストッパピストンを外嵌させ
    た上記駆動ピストンの他方側のロンドの外側には第２の
    ストッパ部材を一体的に設けて、この第２のストッパ部
    材を上記駆動ピストンの往動時に上記加圧シリンダ機構
    の後端に当接するようにしである突き合わせ溶接装置。
