Claims (1)
- 発酵製パン生地を高周波誘電加熱によって焼成する装置
において、非誘電材料で構成された上面開放の方形の焼
成ケースＡと、この焼成ケースＡの相対向する１組の左
右の側壁１，１の外方に近接して対面配置された高周波
誘電加熱用の１組の電極板Ｂ、 Ｂ’とからなり、上記
焼成ケースＡは当該側壁１，１の間隔を小さくした細巾
の竪形にすると共に少なくとも側壁１，１の面に水蒸気
抜き用の透孔３を配設したことを特徴とするパン類の焼
成装置。
