Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高周波エネルギーを加熱室内に導入して食品を誘電加熱
する高周波加熱装置において、多数の小穴から成る排気
口５を金属板で形成された加熱室面３上に設け、上記排
気口５の外周囲に排気口面とほぼ垂直に金属板で囲った
排気ダクト６を形成すると共に、この排気ダクト６内に
金属製平板から成るしゃ断根６ａを排気口面にほぼ垂直
に設けて複数個に分割した小排気口室６ｂを形成し、上
記分割された小排気口室６ｂの各辺の長さＡ、 Ｂ。 Ｃ，Ｄが、いずれもλ。／２（λ０＝自由空間波長）以
下の寸法となるようにしたことを特徴とする高周波加熱
装置。
