Claims

In a catalytic converter in which catalysts are arranged in series with a gap in a shell forming an exhaust gas introduction path, and a secondary air introduction pipe is inserted into the gap, the insertion tip of the secondary air introduction pipe is provided. A catalytic converter characterized in that the opening is closed by attaching an end of a curved plate, and the other end of the curved plate is held between the flange joint of the shell to support the secondary air introduction pipe.
