Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１のトランジスタと第２のトランジスタとを抵抗直列
    回路を介して直列接続すると共に、この抵抗直列回路の
    抵抗相互の接合点をパワートランジスタのベースに接続
    し、前記第１のトランジスタにより前記パワートランジ
    スタの順方向のベース電流を、前記第２のトランジスタ
    により前記パワートランジスタの逆方向のベース電流を
    それぞれ供給することを特徴とするパワートランジスタ
    の駆動回路。
