Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電気抵抗加熱により発熱するコイル状炭化珪素質発熱部
    と、該発熱部の両端に接続された一対の棒状、または円
    筒状の導電性端子部とからなる炭化珪素発熱体において
    、上記導電性端子部のうちの片方が、コイル状炭化珪素
    質発熱部のコイル内に絶縁材を介して挿入され、更に前
    記発熱部端に接続された他方の円筒状端子が、前記絶縁
    材の外周に挿着された二重端子構造を特徴とする炭化珪
    素発熱体。
