    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両端にターミナルを接続したヒータ線を金属パイプの内
    部中央部に挿入し、ヒータ線と金属パイプとの間に電気
    絶縁材料を充填してなるシーズヒータにおいて、金属パ
    イプ３の内径よりも大なる部分９と金属パイプ３の内径
    よりも小なる部分１０を有し、かつ中央にターミナル゛
    １の貫通口１１を設けたセラミックスよりなる絶縁成型
    物５を、ガラス封口材６によって金属パイプ３の端末に
    固着したことを特徴とするシーズヒータ。
