Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 乾燥室の１端に送風機を連設し、他端には排熱風を排出
    する排風室及び排風基を配置した一連の乾燥装置を相互
    逆方向に２基並設して連結させた魚類乾燥装置において
    、並設する両乾燥室１内部に間隔をあけてそれぞれ蒸気
    配管１１に接続された蒸気利用熱交換器１０を複数配設
    し、両端部の排風室４は、それぞれ混合室１２を介して
    隣接する送風機２に連続させ、前記混合室１２には、排
    風室４側壁面の上部位置に、排風基５側と送風機２へ通
    じる混合室１２側の切換え及び分流風量の調節のため切
    換調節扉１６と、調節自在な吸入扉１７を配置した吸入
    口１５を穿設し、かつ上面壁に外気吸入孔１８を穿ち開
    閉調節自在な外気導入層１９を設けてなる蒸気加熱によ
    る魚類乾燥装置。
