A DC reversible motor, a forward/reverse direction changeover switch, a pair of pulse generation circuits that generate pulses of a constant width by switching the changeover switch to the forward direction or reverse direction at appropriate times; a pair of differentiating circuits that generate pulses of a constant width based on the edge; and a pair of switching means that uses the pulses of the differentiating circuits as a trigger to switch a relay to rotate the motor in the forward or reverse direction. a T-type flip-flop, and means for outputting a signal to the T-type flip-flop to stop the forward or reverse rotation of the motor when the changeover switch is switched again to either the same direction or the opposite direction.
