Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定体固有の吸収波長を測定光とする赤外線厚さ計に
    おいて、 前記吸収波長と異なる波長の第１及び第２比較光を投・
    受光し、各光量に対応する信号を出力する光学系と、該
    第１及び第２比較光に基づく信号並びに前記測定光に基
    づく信号を入力し、前記被測定体の吸収スペクトルにお
    けるベースラインの変動を補償すると共に、所定の演算
    をして厚さ信号を出力する信号処理部とを具備すること
    を特徴とする赤外線厚さ計。
