を解消して遮音性能の向上を図らんとする点にある。The main purpose of the present invention is that since conventionally, each of the opposing side plates and the connecting member (shaped steel is used to provide the required shape-retaining strength) were rigidly connected, the incident sound from the sound source side could not be transmitted to the connecting member. The sound insulation performance deteriorates due to the bridging phenomenon at the edge of the panel circumference where the sound enters the receiving side directly through the member, and the center of the panel due to the fact that the opposing side plate was conventionally made of plasterboard with a small mass. In view of the insufficient sound insulation performance of the bridge, we decided to consider the connection structure between the opposing side panels and the material of the side panels.While the workability remains the same as before, we have improved the sound insulation performance by eliminating the bridging phenomenon mentioned above. The point is that we are trying to improve the quality of our products.

する。As shown in the above embodiments, the characteristic structure of the prefabricated soundproof partition according to the present invention is that the mortar layer 2 is adhered to the front side of the structural plywood 1, and the sound absorbing material layer 3 is attached to the back side.
A plurality of panel bodies A are formed by adhering them to each other, and a perforated plate material 4 is attached to the back side of each panel body. In a prefabricated soundproof partition that is assembled into a desired size by connecting sections, a high-density glass fiber sound absorbing material 5 is applied to the back surface of the structural plywood 1 at the circumferential end of the panel body A. fixing the fixed connection member 6 through the porous plate material 4, and arranging boards 10 in parallel at intervals on the back of the porous plate material 4;
A fixed connection member 11 protruding toward the porous plate material 4 is fixed to the circumferential end of the board 10 with respect to the fixed connection member 6 through a sound absorbing material 12 made of high-density glass fiber. , 11 to form an air layer 9 between the perforated plate material 4 and the board 10.Furthermore, at the upper end of one panel body A and at one end in the lateral direction, the connecting members 6, 11 are connected to the circumferential side. Positioned to protrude outward from the edge,
In addition, at the lower end and the other end in the lateral direction, the connecting members 6, 11 are recessed inward from the peripheral edge, and the respective ends of the adjacent panel bodies A, A are inserted and connected to each other by fitting. This configuration enables the following effects to be achieved.

Also on the side of the board 10 for forming the sound source 9, the board 10 and the connecting member 11 are fixed with a high-density glass fiber sound absorbing material 12 interposed between them. The sound is greatly attenuated by the circular high-density glass fiber sound absorbing materials 5 and 12 at the circumferential end (prevention of bridging phenomenon), and the passage of sound to the sound receiving side can be sufficiently suppressed. .

Since it has a two-layer structure with the mortar layer 2 and the mortar layer 2, it is possible to increase the mass, so that sufficient sound insulation performance can be expected even in the central part.

While ensuring the shape of the sound-absorbing material layer 3, the porous plate material 4 does not act as a complete sound insulating wall, and the air layer 9 exhibits a good attenuation effect on low-frequency sounds passing through the holes of the porous plate material 4. It will be done.

There is an advantage.
