し、次にダミーシャフト3とワーク2の下面を面一にし

に載置し、次工程に摺動移送していたのですべての工程
にワークをチャックにはめるだめの横方向移動、上下動
及び芯出しを行う高精度のハンドリング機構を必要とし
、装置全体が複雑で大型になり高価になるという欠点が

ホルダー11を横移動してワーク12を第8図の如くベ
ースIO上のニードル挿入位置に停止する。この時ワー
ク12と位置決め棒14とは同軸になっている。次いで
位置決め棒14を下降し、先端円錐部14αをダミーシ
ャフト13の内孔18α上部に嵌合してダミーシャフト
1Bをワーク1zと同心位置に保持する。この時ワーク
12内面とダミ−シャフト13外面とは定間隔になって
おり、この間隙15にニードル16を周知の手段で挿入
する。
