Claims (1)
通電により素子部の活性状態を適切に維持するヒータと
を有する酸素センサと、ヒータに供給される電流と印加
電圧に基づいてヒータの抵抗および発熱量を演算するヒ
ータ状態検出手段と、ヒータの抵抗に基づいてヒータの
発熱温度を演算し、この発熱温度と前記発熱量から酸素
濃度検出用素子部の温度を算出して温度信号を出力する
センサ温度演算手段と、温度信号に基づいてヒータへの
通電を制御する通電制御回路と、を備えたことを特徴と
