Claims (1)
素子部と、供給される電力により発熱して該素子部を加
熱するヒータと、を有する酸素センサと、エンジンの運
転状態を検出するエンジン状態検出手段と、運転状態に
応じて前記素子部が所定温度となるようにヒータに供給
する目標電力を設定する設定手段と、目標電力となるよ
うにヒータに供給する電力を制御するヒータ制御手段と
、を備えたことを特徴とする酸素センサのヒータ制御装
