Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 薬液処理室から搬出される被処理物を第１水洗室、第２
    水洗室等から成る多段水洗工程で順次洗浄する際に、終
    段の水洗室の洗浄水タンクからオーバーフローする洗浄
    水を順次前段の水洗室の洗浄水タンクに供給し、これを
    前記第１水洗室の洗浄水タンクを通して外部に排出する
    ように成された前処理装置において、前記薬液処理室と
    第１水゛　　洗室との間に水洗シャワー域が設けられ、
    該水洗シャワー域に前記の如く第１水洗室の洗浄水ダン
    クを通して外部に排出すべき余剰洗浄水が送給されて前
    記被処理物に対してスプレー噴射されるように構成され
    たととを特徴とする前処理装置。
