菓子生地製造法に関するものである。

従来パイ生地のように、絞り成形又は押出成形できない
生地を用いて、中空菓子生地を多量生 産することは至
難とされていた。 然るにこの発明は、先づ打抜によつ
て筒状部を成形し、ついで筒状部をシート状菓子生地素
材上に載せた後底部を打抜いたので、絞り加工のできな
い生地より上開き中空菓子生地を多量生産することに成
功したのである。 この発明はシート状て送られた菓子
生地素材より先づ筒状部を打抜き、ついでこの筒状部を
菓子生地素材上に載せて再び打抜き所定形状の上開き゛
中空菓子生地とする関係上、切断刃は二往復してーサイ
クルとなる。そこで切断も当然二回行われる関係上、打
抜屑を少なくして歩留を向上させる為には、手屑を少な
くしなければならないので、例えは抜型(切断刃)を多
角形の連続体とし、手屑は進行方向の前縁のみとした。
尤もこの発明は切断刃の形状又は手屑の多寡に要旨はな
い。また筒状部と底部とは一体化されなければならない
ので、接着性のよい生地又は層を上部に設ける考慮が好
ましい。次に生地を打抜くことによつて切断部分の生地
は切断刃により押し拡げられる結果、切断刃に対しては
若干加圧されるので、通常切断刃へ生地が付着し、切断
刃の上昇に伴つて生地も上昇する。従つて心屑、手屑又
は生地と切断刃とを離すには仏具を用いなければならな
い。このように仏具を用いることによつて、心屑又は手
屑等の払落し時機を規制し得ることになり、シート状生
地の上に筒状部を載せたり、手屑を心屑上へ落して爾後
の処理を容易にするなど、作業性を改善することができ
る。即ちこの発明を実施例について説明すれば、ベルト
コンベア1のベルト2によつて定速移送されるシート状
の菓子生地素材3に菓子生地4の外形を切断する切断刃
5と、心を抜く切断刃6とを下降させて同時に切断し、
前記切断刃5,6を矢示7のように上昇させる。

など独立して動作し得るように構成してあるので、前記
に述べたように心屑、筒状部および手屑を落下させるべ
