    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空気圧源からの空気をシリンダ内のピストンの頂部に作
    用させてそのストロークを後部ストッパにより終了させ
    るエアアクチュエータにおいて、前記空気の前記シリン
    ダ内への導入を、前記ピストンの頂部側のピストンロッ
    ドを摺動可能に支持する軸受と前記ピストンロッドの周
    面の一部に軸方向に前記軸受両側を越えで設けられた空
    気通路゛との間を通じて行なうとともに、前記空気通路
    が前記ピストンのストローク後半分の任意の地点から前
    記軸受により閉塞を開始されるように定められているエ
    アアクチュエータ。
