I need to smooth it out.

It was used as a composite material for jewelry with significantly reduced corrosion resistance.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a composite material for jewelry coated with a gold alloy, which causes little carbide precipitation in the base metal material and does not impair corrosion resistance even when annealing is performed at 0 to 1000°C.

This is because it becomes easily oxidized during the annealing process during manufacturing, making it difficult to combine the gold alloy with the base metal material.

Furthermore, the addition of Mo is for improving acid resistance, and if it is less than 0.5%, the effect is weak, and if it exceeds 3%, no further improvement effect can be obtained. Also, setting C to 0.05% or less means 0
.. This is because if it exceeds 0.05%, the work hardening rate will increase, making it difficult to process, and carbides will increase, making it difficult to maintain corrosion resistance. 17%Cr-12%Ni-O,

%Ag-29.5%Cu-Zn) of the present invention and a conventional composite material in which H gold having the same composition as above was laminated to the base metal of SUS304 were heated at 850°C.
After annealing, the watch band was processed into a watch band and used for one year. While the watch band made from the conventional composite material had intergranular corrosion, the watch band made from the composite material of the present invention showed no signs of intergranular corrosion. No corrosion occurred and it had excellent sweat resistance.

身具用材料といえる。The composite material for jewelry of the present invention, in which a gold alloy containing gold as a main component is laminated to a base metal material having the above-mentioned composition, is annealed at 600 to 1000°C at which the gold alloy does not melt. Because it has very little carbide precipitation and excellent corrosion resistance, it can be said to be a material for jewelry that can replace the conventional composite material made of SUS3O4 laminated with a gold alloy whose main component is gold.
