Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform filtering certainly and to attain to reduce the load and clogging of a filter material layer, by providing the filter material layer, and a precipitation part in one water tank and passing raw water through the filter material layer while raising the same as a vortex stream. CONSTITUTION:The valve 16 for a filtrate outflow and washing water infllow pipe 6 and the valve 17 for an overflow pipe 12 are opened while the valve 18 for a washing water inflow pipe 9 and the valve 19 for a precipitate discharge port 15 are closed to operate a pump 9. A gradually falling vortex stream 14 is generated in raw water flowed in from an inflow port 13 and coarse dust substance is separated and precipitated by centrifugal force of the vortex stream 14 to be precipitated to the bottom part of the water tank 1. Raw water is converted to the center rising reversal stream of the vortex stream 14 to reach the interior of a rotor 3 and filtered by the filtering function of a water passing wall 5 when it passes said wall 5. Subsequently, the raw water is filtered through a filter material layer 2 and reaches an outflow port 7 to be recirculated to a basin provided to the outside of the water tank 1 through a pipe 6.

Conventionally, there have been filtration devices in which a tank for a filter medium layer and a sedimentation tank are formed separately, but the present invention provides a filter medium layer and a sedimentation section in one water tank so that an appropriate filtration action can be performed. This paper proposes a filtration device with the aim of downsizing and rationalizing the device.

環濾過装置として応用した実施例に基づいて説明する。An explanation will be given based on an example in which the present invention is applied as a cyclic filtration device.

The fourth valve (11) is closed to operate the pump (P). Due to this operation, raw water flows into the water tank (1) at the inlet 0, but the raw water gradually rises in the lower part of the water tank (1). Since the raw water flows in such a way that a descending swirling flow a (a) is generated, coarse particles, etc. in the raw water are separated by the centrifugal force of the swirling flow a4 and settle along the inner circumferential wall of the water tank (1). 1) It settles at the bottom.

Due to the rotation of this rotating body (310:), the outer surface of the water passage wall (5) and the cleaning brush 01) are slid together, and the water passage wall (5)
The adhering suspended matter on the outer surface of the tank is dissociated and removed and reaches the inside of the water tank (1). Further, due to the rotation of the rotating body (3), the granular filter media of the filter media layer (2) are agitated and rubbed together, dissociating and removing the suspended solids attached to the filter media, and at the same time, the inner surface of the water passage wall (5) and the granular filter media are rubbed together, and the suspended matter adhering to the inner surface of the water passage wall (5) is also dissociated and removed. These adhering suspended solids are then transferred to the rotating body (3)
The cleaning water supplied inside passes through the ice wall (5) and reaches the outside of the rotating body (3), the pick, and the water tank (1).

In the filtration device according to the present invention configured as described above, during filtration, raw water reaches the water tank (1) from the inlet θ
) The raw water from the inlet (l) flows into the water iK! (1) so that a spiral flow Oa gradually descends in the lower part of the water tank (1). Therefore, coarse particles and other substances in the raw water are separated and settled by the centrifugal force of the swirling flow 04, and settle at the bottom of the water tank (1).

Therefore, the raw water passes through the filter layer (2) after the coarse dust substances and the like are separated and removed by the centrifugal force of the swirling flow θ, so that the raw water is properly filtered by these two processes. If this is viewed from the side of the filter layer (2), the filtration load on the filter layer (2) can be reduced and the number of clogging trenches can be reduced.

In addition, the filtration device according to the present invention performs these functions in one water tank (1) without separately providing a filter layer tank and a sedimentation tank unlike conventional ones, so that the device can be miniaturized. Rationalization can be achieved, and any hindrance to raw water filtration due to such a configuration is eliminated due to the effect that the sedimentation of coarse dust particles in the raw water is forcibly carried out by the centrifugal force of the zero vortex flow. Does not occur.
