Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は２台あるい２台以上の配線用遮断器を相対し
て収納する分電盤に関する。
近来、この種分電盤に使用される配線用遮断器は高遮断
容量のものが使用されるようになった。
それにつれて遮断時の放出ガスが多くなり、配線用遮断
器の端子間における相間短絡の恐れが生じた。
この考案は上記問題点を解消して信頼性の高い分電盤を
提供する事を目的としたものである。
以下この考案の一実施例を図について説明する。
図において１は分電盤箱体とする。２は縦取付部材で垂
直母線３、単位取付パネル７を支持する。
４は垂直母線３に係合した差込接続装置でその目出線４
Ａを介して配線用遮断器５と接続されている。
５は電源側端子を相対して配設される２台の配線用遮断
器で取付金６によって単位取付パネル７に取付られる。
８は硬質ファイバー紙またはフェノール樹脂板などで製
作されたバリヤである。
バリヤ８は上端に突起部８Ａが設けられており、前記左
右の配線用遮断器５のスリット５Ａに前方から嵌挿する
と、突起部８Ａが遮断器表面に当接して後方への移動を
係止する。
９は分電盤の大扉で中央部にフランジ部９Ａを形成して
いる。
１０はフランジ部９Ａの内面に取付けられたフロントパ
ネルで単位取付パネル７に対応した上下寸法にされてい
る。
バリヤ８の上端はフロントパネル１０に当接し、バリヤ
８の前方への移動が防止される。
１１は大扉中央の開口部をふさぐ小扉であって、遮断器
を操作する場合は小扉１１のみを開閉する。
バリヤ８は左右の配電用遮断器のスリット５Ａに嵌挿さ
れ、上端はフロントパネル内面に当接しかつ下端は遮断
器底面よりさらに延長しである。
従って充電露出部である電源端子１２はバリヤによって
各相が分離されており遮断時の放出ガスによって相間短
絡事故が引起されることが防止できる。
また異物が相聞に渡って混入することも完全に防止でき
る。
以上のように、この考案によれば、極めて簡単な構成に
よって安価で、信頼性の高い分電盤を得ることができる
効果がある。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示す断面図、第２図はそ
の正面図、第３図はこの考案によるバリヤーの斜視図で
ある。 図において４Ａは差込接続装置の目出線、５は配線用遮
断器、５Ａは配線用遮断器のスリット、８はバリヤ８Ａ
はバリヤーの突起部、９は分電盤の大扉、１０はフロン
トパネルである。 なお各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示すものと
する。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源側端子が相対するように分電盤箱体の内部に取付け
    られた２台の配線用遮断器を備え、垂直母線に係合した
    差込接続装置の日出線が上記電源側端子に接続された分
    電ユニットを収納した分電盤において、はぼ矩形の平板
    で上端に外方へ突出した突起部を有するバリヤを上記２
    台の配線用遮断器のモールドケースにおける上記電源側
    端子の相間の奥行方向に形成されたスリットの相対する
    位置に嵌挿し、上記バリヤの突起部を上記２台の配線用
    遮断器の表面に係止させ、上記分電盤の扉に固定された
    フロントパネルを上記２台の配線用遮断器の表面にほぼ
    密接させるとともに上記バリヤの上端に当接させたこと
    を特徴とする分電盤。
