- （１）内部に試料の支持台を備えると共に、内部温度を
所定値にするための測温用温度センサを備えた乾燥器に
おいて、前記試料自体の温度を測定するための測温用温
度センサを設けたことを特徴とする乾燥器。 - （２）温度センサを試料支持台の一部として構成した実
用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の乾燥器。
