る。On the other hand, when a tube container is filled with toothpaste, roe paste, wasabi paste, etc., aromatic or volatile components of the filling often pass through the tube container and escape. Therefore, by making the tube container multi-layered and providing an impermeable layer on the head of the tube container and at least one layer in the tube body, the diffusion of aromatic components, volatile components, etc. in the filling inside the tube container can be prevented. This is to prevent the inflow of outside air. Furthermore, a method has been considered in which the head part of the tube container is formed on the tube body while making the head part of the tube container multi-layered, using the injection molding method that is most commonly used for forming the head part of the tube container. However, with this method, only a product having a two-layer head structure can be obtained, and furthermore, it is not possible to provide the outermost layer of the head of the tube container with a material other than the resin used in the injection molding machine. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and includes a pre-formed tube body having an impermeable layer disposed in a mold for forming the head of a tube container, around one end of a pre-formed tube body. A barrier member made of a non-permeable material is installed so that the periphery of one end thereof is firmly crimped, and a pre-formed head is placed on the inner surface of the upper mold of the mold for forming the head of the tube container. A tube having an impermeable layer is obtained by installing a forming member by a method such as suction, and injecting resin into the gap created between the barrier member and the head forming member using an injection molding method. A method for producing an impermeable tube container characterized by fixing a main body and a head having a king-layer structure or more having an impermeable layer, and which is characterized by fixing a main body and an impermeable head having a three-layer structure or more by an injection molding method. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a tube container. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

The tube body 1 may have at least one impermeable layer made of an impermeable material, and the impermeable layer may be provided as an outer layer, an inner layer, or an intermediate layer, and may be formed by laminated extrusion. It is preformed in a separate process using a method or the like. If nylon, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, polyvinylidene chloride, polyester, acrylic resin, etc. are used as the impermeable material, the tube body 1 can be easily molded and its impermeability is highly reliable. Layers other than the impermeable layer may be formed of general-purpose resins such as polyethylene, ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-propylene-terpolymer, polystyrene, polyvinyl acetate, polypropylene, or aluminum foil. Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the head of the impermeable tube body 1 having a multilayer structure having at least one impermeable layer inserted around the cylindrical portion of the lower part of the mandrel 2 is formed. The mandrel 2 into which the impermeable tube body 2 cut to a predetermined length is inserted has a shape as shown in FIG. 1, that is, the upper end of the mandrel 2 is shaped into a trapezoidal cone that is almost the same as the head shape of the tube container. has been done. As shown in FIG. 2, a barrier member 3 made of an impermeable material is previously formed on the head of the mandrel 2.
The tube body 1 is placed so as to be tightly crimped and placed over the entire circumference of one end of the tube body. still,
This barrier member 3 is preferably made of thermosetting resin such as phenol or area resin, but if there is no particular problem in terms of price, etc., resin with good permeability such as nylon or ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer may be used. However, there is no particular problem. Next, normally the upper mold is lowered and comes into contact with the lower mold, and resin is injected into the gap between the lower mold and the mandrel by injection molding, but in the present invention, the resin is injected into the inside of the upper mold 5. For example, a head forming member 4 made of impermeable resin or aluminum as shown in FIG. Then, the upper mold 5 is lowered and brought into contact with the lower mold 7, and then resin is injected into the gap between the barrier member 3 and the head forming member 4 by an injection molding method to form the upper and lower barriers. The member 3, the head forming member 4, and the tube body 1 having an impermeable layer are fixed or welded to produce an impermeable tube container according to the present invention. This head forming member 4 is used when the material necessary to construct the head 9 cannot be used as the innermost layer of the head 9 due to the contents of the tube container or when it is not suitable for injection molding. exhibits this effect, and its structure is not limited to a single layer. Further, the resin used in injection molding may be appropriately selected from resins used in normal injection molding such as polyethylene and polypropylene. The purpose of the present invention is to manufacture an impermeable tube container, and the portion where the tube body 1 and the head 9 are fixed must also contain an impermeable material.

As shown in FIG. 4, the area around the tip of the tube body 1 is slightly inclined inward, and the area around the inclined tip is formed by a barrier member 3, a head forming member 4, and an injection molding machine. and the extruded resin 8. In addition, the area around one end of the barrier member 3 is firmly crimped to the area around one end of the tube body 1 at the section A. Therefore, volatile components and aromatic components do not diffuse from the fixed portion between the tube body 1 and the head 9. In Fig. 5, the tube body 1
The distal end of the barrier member 3 is slightly inclined inward, and the barrier member 3 is also firmly crimped to the tube body 1 at a position B similar to that at A in FIG. 4, but in FIG. The resin 8 extruded into the gap between the barrier member 3 and the head forming member 4 wraps one end of the head forming member 4, thereby fixing the tube body 1 and the head 9. Although the contact portions between the barrier member 3 and the resin 8 and the head forming member 4 and the resin 8 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 are expressed as straight lines, the resin 8 may be
In order to firmly fix the barrier member 3 and the head forming member 4, a barrier member 10 and a head forming member 11 whose side surfaces in contact with the resin 8 have a shape as shown in FIG. 6 are used. You may.

It has a structure of three or more layers, and since the outermost layer can be provided with a member other than the resin to be injected, it is an essential component of the tube container head, and it is necessary to use an unusable member in the innermost layer. This is particularly advantageous in cases where a resin that cannot be used in the injection molding method must be used for the outermost layer of the head.
