In addition, a lid plate is installed on the ladle to prevent the temperature of the molten steel from decreasing, but the lid plate is installed at a specific location on the ladle after receiving the steel, and is transported to the pouring factory. At this stage, the mold is poured with the mold still mounted. The steel slag remaining in the ladle after pouring is removed by tilting the ladle, but before tilting, the lid plate must be removed in advance or the lid plate must be pivoted to the ladle. ing. FIGS. 1, 2, and 3 are schematic diagrams explaining the ladle flow, in which the prepared ladle 1 is placed on the steel receiving cart 2, and the ladle 1 is placed on the steel receiving cart 2, and the ladle 1 is placed on the steel receiving cart 2, and the ladle 1 is placed on the steel receiving cart 2, and the ladle 1 is placed on the steel receiving cart 2, and the It is transported to the steel department and received steel (Fig. 1).

Next, the hook 5 suspended from a traveling crane etc.
The ladle is lifted up by hooking it onto the trunnion shafts 4 formed on both sides of the ladle, and is transported to a pouring factory and poured into a mold 7 (
Figure 2). After pouring, the ladle 1 is transported to a predetermined location and then discharged. In order to discharge the slag, a pulling cable 5/a is attached to a hook part lb formed on the outer circumference of the bottom side of the ladle 1. Either the rope 5a is restrained and the rope 5a is pulled up, or the hook 5 is lowered to tilt the ladle 1 as shown in FIG. 3, and the slag is discharged into the slag ladle 8 placed directly below it. By the way, as the lid plate 6,
It is conceivable that the lid plate 6 may be set up and removed before the sludge is discharged, but since the lid plate 6 is made up of steel crosspieces and a lid plate filled with fireproof insulation material between the surrounding side frames, the weight can be reduced. A special crane is required for loading and unloading.

In addition, since these operations are difficult during suspended transportation, a pivot arm 6a is attached to one end of the lid plate 6, and a pivot arm 1a is formed in a part of the periphery of the opening side of the ladle 1. When mounting the lid plate, position them so that they match and mount them, and use the sliding of the lid plate 6 due to the tilting of the sludge to engage the pivot arm 6a with the pivot support 1a. It is configured to do so. Therefore, when the ladle 1 is tilted as shown in FIG. 3, the lid plate 6 swings about the pivot portion 1a, and the slag can be discharged with the lid plate 6 mounted. On the other hand, once the slag has been drained, the ladle is transported to a ladle repair shop for re-receiving steel, where a stopper and injection nozzle are installed, the lining brick is repaired, and various other repairs are carried out. To do this, the ladle 1 is turned sideways so that the pivot portion 1a of the lid plate 6 is positioned on the upper side as shown in FIG.

In this case, the ladle is laid down on a cart or a specially designed ladle mounting and moving device, and then the lid plate 6 is pushed up and removed. However, no special equipment has been developed for this type of removal work, and the work is carried out exclusively by maintenance shop personnel, with several people working together each time. Therefore, in order to prevent danger, reduce labor costs, and streamline the maintenance process, it is necessary to make it possible to easily attach and detach the cover plate, and to ensure that the cover plate mounted on the ladle is securely attached until the detachment work. It has come to be desired that it be detained in a ladle. The present invention has been made with these points in mind, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a lid attachment/detachment method that satisfies the above-mentioned needs.

That is, in FIG. 10, a pair of guide rails 20, 20 made of a channel material are fixedly installed at a required part of the frame 19, which is formed long in the direction penetrating the plane of the paper, and the guide rails 2
A traveling trolley 21 is movably provided at 0 and 20. Stand brackets 22, 2 are provided on the lower surface side of the traveling trolley 21.
2 are provided and the shafts 23 are mutually pivotally supported. L-shaped arm rods 24 are freely supported inside the brackets 22 and 22 on both sides of the shaft 23, and a connecting rod for connecting both arm rods to each other is attached to the other end shaft of the arm rod 24. 25 is inserted. The connecting rod 25 connects to a piston rod 26 of an operating cylinder 26 attached to the lower surface of the traveling truck 21.
A shaft 23 is pivoted at the tip of a piston rod 28a of an operating cylinder 28, which is supported by a bracket 27 fixed to the rear end of the guide rail 20 via a beam. let Therefore, the operating cylinder 28 moves the traveling carriage 21 forward and backward along the guide rail 20 via the shaft 23, and the operating cylinder 26 uniformly swings the arm rod 24 about the shaft 23 via the connecting rod 25. At this time, axis 2
3 is the center of oscillation. Further, an engagement groove 24a is formed at the protruding end of the arm rod 24, and the groove 24a is a groove into which the hook 11 provided on the cover plate 6 is fitted. On the other hand, the ladle 1 with a lid arrives at the installation part of the attachment/detachment device configured in this way.
is placed on a suitable truck and turned over, or with the trunnion shaft 4 supported by a special moving device, it is turned over and stopped at a predetermined position. In the illustrated example, the hook 11 of the cover plate is formed on the side opposite to the pivot arm 15 side, but this is because it is considered desirable from the viewpoint of repairing the ladle 1 and organizing the cover plate 6. Therefore, the hook 11
Turn the ladle 1 so that it is positioned at the top, and then place it on its side. Therefore, the cover plate 6 slides in the opposite direction to that shown in FIG. 8, and the locking piece 13 engages with the protrusion 17 to prevent it from sliding off, and the locking portion 13a prevents it from coming off.
Further, the pivot shafts 16 of the arm rods 15 are separated from the pivot parts 18 of the ladle 1, and the cover plate 6 is supported only by the restraining pieces 13. These operations are performed at the most advanced position of the arm rod 24 in the attachment/detachment device. This is also the position where the arm rod 24 moves forward with the piston rod 26a of the actuating cylinder 26 protruding and engages the engagement groove 24a of the arm rod 24 with the hook 11. Due to the operation, the engagement groove of the arm rod 24 becomes the 12th
It engages with the hook 11 as shown in the figure. Next, when the piston rod 26a of the operating cylinder 26 is operated backward, the arm rod 24 swings and rotates counterclockwise as shown in FIG. 13, and the cover plate 6 is pulled up via the hook 11. As a result, the locking piece 13 is separated from the protrusion 17 on the ladle side, and the cover plate 6 is suspended by the arm rod 24. Then, by the operation of the operating cylinder 28, the cover plate 6 is moved as shown in FIG. It can be detached from the ladle 1. In this state, the ladle 1 can be repaired, and if necessary, the lid plate 6 can be operated in the opposite manner to the above, and the ladle 1 can be repaired again.
Alternatively, the detached lid plates may be stored all at once in a predetermined portion by another suitable transfer device, and then sequentially loaded onto the received ladle. In the present invention, the lid plate and the device for attaching and detaching the lid plate are configured as described above, and the lid plate is attached and detached by operating them as described above, so that it is extremely easy to attach and detach the cover plate when servicing the ladle. This makes maintenance work much easier and can dramatically streamline maintenance work.
