処理コストも増加する等の欠点があつた。本発明は従来
のかかる加害装置と乾燥装置の欠点に鑑がみ、加害装置
と乾燥装置夫々の構造に改良を施こすことにより回転ド
ラム内壁面の汚損が少なく、又装置全体を軽量構造に形
成し、更に加害工程ど乾燥工程とを同一ドラム内に一体
化することにより加害乾燥工程の簡略化をはかつた被処
理材料の加害乾燥装置を提供することを目的としてなさ
れたものである。

面積を可変させることができる。加熱手段20,21て
後半部ドラム1bの壁面及びドラム1bの軸方向に突設
させた平板24を介して伝熱された被処理材料と熱交換
を行なつて凝縮された凝縮水は凝縮水ヘッダ28に集め
られ、連結管30、回転継手31を経て還水管34によ
り蒸気発生器32に還流される。以上説明したように本
発明の加香乾燥装置によれば、被処理材料の加香ど乾燥
の両工程を同一の回転ドラム内で実施することができる
ので、処理工程の簡略化が図られ、装置コスト及び処理
コストを大幅に低減し得ると共に、加香部の前半部ドラ
ム内に送気管を延設し、加香管をこの送気管に添設させ
て複数個の噴霧ノズルを加香管に並設させたから被処理
材料への加香を均一に行なうことができ、又、加熱手段
をドラム外周に配設すると共に回転ブラシにより常時ド
ラム内壁及び送気管外面を清掃し得るようにしたから加
香された被処理材料がドラム内に沈積停滞することも回
避されて加香ムラのない処理材料が得られる。
