Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable exact and efficient photographing of an intended place by suspending a photographing device in such a way that said device can restore the attitude by the own weight with respect to oscillation of a balloon and controlling remotely the direction thereof as desired by the rotating and driving device for horizontal and vertical directions. CONSTITUTION:An anchoring rope 8 and a multicored cord 100 are rewound by winding drums 9 and 10 and a balloon 1, a supporting member 4, a supporting frame 42 and a photographing device 52, etc. are lifted to desired altitude in the stage of using the device. Then the balloon of an airship type stabilizes always toward the direction of wind and even if the balloon rolls or pitches, the attitude is early restored by the own weight. The intended object image taken by a television camera 55 for monitoring is received by a television receiver for monitoring of a control device 99 on the ground and if necessary the angle of a camera 54 is matched with the subject by rotating horizontally or vertically the direction of the camera 54 and thereafter the shutter switch of the camera 54 is operated by the control of the device 99 by which the object is photographed.

It had drawbacks such as being subject to restrictions such as earth dragons. Recently, in order to eliminate such drawbacks, aerial photography devices using balloons have been provided. However, in conventional aerial photography devices of this type, the camera, holding frame, and balloon were suspended by wires, so when the balloon swayed due to the wind, the camera swung as well, resulting in a large amount of inertial energy. It took several feet of time for the camera to come to rest, making it impossible to take accurate and efficient photographs.

The support frame 42, that is, a device for horizontally rotating and driving the photographing device 52, is connected to the support frame 42 and the hollow shaft 33. That is, a worm wheel 62 is rotatably fitted in the lower part of the hollow shaft below the seven link portions 50. At the upper part of the worm wheel/I/62, a fixing boss S is fitted to the hollow shaft 33 on the lower side of the 7-link part 50, and the screw 6 is fitted onto the hollow shaft 33.
It is fixed by 4. A movable boss 65 is fitted to the hollow shaft 33 at the lower part of the worm wheel 62 through a key 66 so as to be slidable in the axial direction. Between the worm wheel 62, the fixed boss 63, and the movable boss 65, washers 61 and 68 made of a friction member such as felt material are fitted onto the hollow shaft. A nut 69 is screwed into a threaded portion formed at the lower end of the hollow shaft, and a compression spring 70 is fitted onto the hollow shaft between the nut 69 and the movable bosses. Due to the elasticity of this compression spring 70, the movable boss 65,

8 and 67, and are pressed into contact with each other. A DC drive motor 72 with a speed reducer serving as a drive source is attached to the inner surface of the top plate 46 by a bracket 71, and a worm 74 provided on an output shaft 73 of this motor 72 is engaged with the worm wheel A/62. ing. Therefore, when the motor 72 is driven, the output shaft 73 and the worm 74 rotate in the forward and reverse directions, but the worm wheel that meshes with the worm 72 is connected to the hollow shaft through the fixed boss B and the movable boss 65 due to the frictional resistance of the washers 67 and 68. 33 is given as rotational force. Since this hollow shaft 33 is supported in a fixed relationship on the side of the suspension member 11 as described above, the worm 74, the output shaft 73, and the motor 7
2 and the bracket 71, the support frame 42 and the photographing device 52 are attached to the circumference of the hollow shaft. Can be rotated forward or backward.

The movable boss 6 is provided with a protrusion 75, a bracket 76 is attached to the inner surface of the top plate 46, and a stopper 77 that can engage with the protrusion 75 is provided on the bracket 76. When the support frame 42 and the photographing device 52 rotate approximately 360 degrees in the direction of the circumference of the hollow shaft 33, the protrusion 75
engages with the stopper 77. After this connection, motor 7
Even when the output shaft 73 and the worm 74 of No. 2 rotate, the worm wheel 62 slips on the fixed boss 63 and the movable boss 65, and the support frame 42 and the photographing device 52 are held in a rotationally stopped state. Therefore, the support frame 42 and the photographing device 52 are

Therefore, the output shaft 91 and the worm 92 are rotated forward and backward by the drive of the motor 90, but the worm wheel 78 that meshes with the worm 92 is rotated via the fixed boss 8o and the movable boss 82 due to the frictional resistance of the washer 84° body. axis 57
The photographing device 525 can be rotated in the vertical direction by the crank mechanism as described above. A stopper 93 is provided at the lower end of one side of the leg plate, and the auxiliary frame 5 of the imaging device 52 is attached to this stopper 93.
3 are engaged, and the camera 54 of the photographing device 52 and the monitor television camera 55 are set downward (see the solid line in FIG. 3). Further, a stopper 94 is provided on one side of the auxiliary frame 53, and this stopper is engaged with the leg plate 44 to connect the camera 54 of the photographing device 52 and the monitor television camera 55.

A control device 99 is provided on the ground to remotely control the forward and reverse rotation of the motors 72 and 90, the power on/off of the monitor television camera 55, and the shutter switch of the camera 54.
This control device 99 includes a monitor television receiver that receives an image of the subject captured by the monitor television camera 55. The multi-core cord 100 connected to this control device 99 is wound around a winding drum 101, and the multi-core cord 100 led out from the winding drum 101 is connected to the support member 4, and like the power supply hood 98, the multi-core cord 100 is wound into a holder. It is guided into the casing 43 through the hole 36 of 31 and the inside of the hollow shaft, and is connected to the printed circuit board 95. This printed circuit board 95
are wired to the motors 72 and 90 (not shown),
Cords 102 and 103 for operating the camera 54 and television camera 55 connected to the printed circuit board 95 are connected to the casing 4
The camera 54 and the television camera 55 are connected through a wiring hole 105 provided in the bottom plate 104 of No. 3.

Next, how to use the present invention will be explained. First of all, at the destination, do you fill balloon 1 with helium gas? After filling the balloon, the holding rope 8 and the multicore hood 104 are unwound from the winding drums 9 and 101, and the balloon 1, the support member 41, the support frame 42, the photographing device 52, etc. are raised to a desired altitude. Since the balloon 1 that has risen is formed in the shape of an airship, it can always be stabilized in the direction of the wind, and even with only one holding line 8, it can be held sufficiently. Even if the balloon 1 swings in the vertical and horizontal directions, the joints 12 and 13 of the suspension member 11 are given an appropriate amount of 7 riction, so the support frame 42 and the photographing device 52 can quickly recover their posture due to their own weight. do.

During this time, the image of the target object captured by the monitor television camera 55 is received by the monitor television receiver of the control device 99 on the ground, so that the object can be confirmed.
If the angle of the camera 54 in the plane is deviated, the motor 72ft is rotated forward or reverse, and the photographing device 52 is rotated forward or reverse around the hollow shaft in the vertical direction to match the angle of the camera with the subject. After that,
Under the control of the control device 99, the shutter switch of the camera 54 can be operated to photograph a subject. At this time, if the support frame 42 and the photographing device 52 are suspended from the rod-shaped support member 4 as in the above embodiment, the attachment position of the shooting line 8 can be separated from the photographing device 52, and the field of view when photographing the subject is It can be removed. If the subject is a slope of a mountain, etc., the motor 90 is driven under the control of the control device 99, and the photographing device 52 is raised horizontally as shown by the chain line in FIG. can do.
