循環して開口3に冷気カーテンAを形成して貯蔵室6を
冷却する。

した露の冷気に晒される時間を短くしてこの露の凍結を
防止しつつ処理を迅速に行なうことができると共に、こ
の露を冷却器の露と共に外部に排出でき、しかも冷気カ
ーテン下流の流れを良くすることができ、以て前壁表面
及び床面を露で汚すことなく、又、前壁上部に着霜をき
たすことなく衛生的に露処理を行なうことができる。
