垂直方向でかつ回転可能に支持された送り用ねじと、垂
直移動台に取付けられ送り用ねじに螺合する送り用ナツ
トと、送り用ねじの一端に取付けられた傘歯車と、基部
材に取付けられ上記傘歯車に噛合う傘歯車が出力軸に取
付けられた移動用モー夕と、送り用ねじに連結され常時
垂直移動台を持上げるようにトルクを作用させるバラン
ス用エアモータとを備え、垂直方向に移動する移動台の
移動負荷を軽減するようにしたことを特徴とする工業用
