Conventionally, in this type of tank, as a means for fixing the lower tank and the core guide tube, a short tube portion 1a projecting downward is provided in the lower tank 1 as shown in FIG. 1, and the core guide tube 2 is attached to this tube portion 1a. Insert the lower end and fix the cylindrical part 1a and the lower end of the core guide tube 2 liquid-tightly by welding, or as shown in FIG. The periphery of the core guide tube fitting hole in No. 1 was seam welded.

This fixed structure of the lower tank 1 and the core guide tube 2 has the drawback that it requires a lot of man-hours, such as surface treatment such as painting to prevent rust, as a treatment after welding, resulting in high costs. Since the part is located below the stationary curved surface position A of the tank, sufficient quality control was required to prevent oil leakage due to poor welding or the like. In addition, the heat of the combustion part is transmitted from the wick guide tube 2 to the lower tank 1, increasing the oil temperature. (not shown) worked, the impact had a negative effect on the welded area. The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and provides an inexpensive fuel tank with a simple structure and no oil leakage.

This core guide tube 6 is fixed to the lower tank 3 in the following manner. That is, the lower tank 3 is integrally provided with a cylindrical portion 7 that protrudes upward from the bottom surface at a position corresponding to the opening 5, and a core is attached to the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 7 via a sealing material 8 made of a viscous substance (formless). The guide cylinder 6 is fixed by press-fitting the lower part thereof. The upper end of this cylindrical portion 7 is positioned above a position A corresponding to a steady curved surface when the tank is in use. Reference numeral 9 denotes a wick rapid dropping device for automatic extinguishing, which is installed on the outer periphery of the wick guide tube 6.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, this lamp wick rapid dropping device 9 includes a rotating shaft 10, a rack 12 driven by a pinion 11 provided on the rotating shaft 10, and a lamp wick 13 connected to the rack 12. This is a well-known device consisting of a spring 14 that urges the rack 12 downward, a rack guide body 15, and a shock absorber 16 provided below the rack 12. This device moves the lamp wick 13 upwards for combustion by rotating the rotating shaft 10, and maintains it in this state by a locking device (not shown) associated with the rotating shaft, thereby tilting the vessel. Alternatively, when an impact occurs, the locking device is released and the wick 13 is rapidly dropped by the force of the spring 14, thereby automatically extinguishing the lamp. The rack guide body 15 and the shock absorber 16 in the device are fixed to the outside of the core guide tube 6. Note that 17 in the figure is a part that receives the mouthpiece of the cartridge tank. In the fuel tank of the present invention, the core guide cylinder is fitted and fixed upright on the outer periphery of the cylindrical part that protrudes upward from the bottom surface of the lower tank through a sealing material, so the tank is made of galvanized steel plate. Even when using a method such as the above, there is no need for post-processing, which is required when using conventional welding methods, and the product can be manufactured at a low cost.

In addition, in the present invention, the lower end of the core guide cylinder is attached to the outer periphery of the cylinder part.
Since the mating is performed with a sealing material made of an intangible viscous substance, the sealing material acts as a lubricant during this mating process, allowing smooth mating without applying force. By not applying excessive force, the core guide tube will not be deformed and the core will not be able to move up and down smoothly after fitting, and a sealing material made of viscous material is provided between the tube and the core guide tube. This prevents oil from leaking out of the tank due to oil leaking into the gap, increasing safety and reducing odor problems.
