As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional liquid fuel combustion device has a combustion air intake 4' and a frame 5' provided at the lowest part of a lower tank 3' that constitutes a fuel tank 2' built into a main body case 1'.
A space A' is secured by the support height of a fuel tank support fitting 6 provided on the pedestal 5 by fastening or the like.

However, in this configuration, during service, for example, when cleaning the inside of the fuel tank 2', if the fuel tank 2' is not assembled into the support fitting 6' as shown in Fig. 2, and the combustion is performed outside the main body case 1', the combustion will occur. The air intake port 4' is in contact with the floor ff1K' and cannot take in combustion air.

Therefore, if combustion continues after ignition at this time, a strong odor and medium will be generated without reaching the red heat of the red-hot net T', and an abnormal flame will be generated due to the increase in raw gas due to heating, or the wick guide cylinder 8
This could lead to an extremely dangerous situation such as backfire to the gas filling the inside.

Further, when cleaning the inside of the fuel tank 2, for example, the metal fitting 9 is removed and the fuel tank 2 is removed together with the core guide tube 3 from inside the main body case 1 as shown in FIG. 4, and the cleaning is performed.

As a result, as shown in Figure 4, the combustion air intake port 1
A space A is provided between 0 and the floor surface, and air is sufficiently supplied from this space A to the 3 parts of the core guide cylinder.

In addition, in this embodiment, the cylindrical portion 2a' is provided by drawing, and the opening a' of the cylindrical portion 2a' is provided above the constant oil level to prevent oil leakage from the forming portion of the cylindrical portion 2a'. There is.

That is, by fixing conventionally known leg fittings to the lower tank 2a of this embodiment by spot welding or the like, it is possible to maintain the space A when the fuel tank 1 is taken out, but it is possible to maintain the space A when the fuel tank 1 is taken out. This would lead to problems with oil leakage or require post-treatment (painting, etc.), resulting in a costly design.

It is also conceivable to secure the space A by providing a plurality of protrusions in the downward direction at the lowest end of the lower tank 2a.
Since the material is in a tight drawing state with a, etc., the material hardens, which leads to the occurrence of cracks, etc.

In contrast, in this embodiment, the space A is secured by attaching legs 11 that are separate from the lower tank 2a.
No oil leakage or cracking of the lower tank 2a occurs, and since no welding is required, no post-processing is required and it can be provided at low cost.

As described above, according to the present invention, stable combustion can be carried out when conducting a combustion test with the fuel tank removed from the main body case, so unlike conventional methods, it is possible to generate a large amount of strong odor or medium, or to avoid abnormal startup. It will not cause flames or backfire.
