第１図Ａ、　Ｂは従来例の斜視図及び断面図、第２図は
サーミスタ赤外線検出器により被測定物体の温度を測定
する際に用いる回路の回路図、第３図は本考案の実施例
の断面図である。 ３１はステム、３２はキャップ、３３は赤外線入射窓、
３４２〜３４ｄはピン、３５は赤外線検知用サーミスタ
チップ、３６は温度補正用サーミスタチップ、３７は絶
縁体、３８ａ〜３８ｄは電極、３９３〜３９ｄはリード
線である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 赤外線の透過可能な赤外線入射窓を有するキャップと該
    キャップを封止するステムとから成る封止容器と、該封
    止容器の内壁と接触しない状態で該封止容器内に保持さ
    れた赤外線検知用サーミス゛タチツプと、該赤外線検知
    用サーミスタチップの裏面に該赤外線検知用サーミスタ
    チップと熱的、電気的に絶縁された状態で保持された温
    度補正用サーミスタチップとを備えたことを特徴とする
    サーミスタ赤外線検出器。
