サーミスタ赤外線検出器により被測定物体の温度を測定
する際に用いる回路の回路図、第３図は本考案の実施例
の断面図である。 １１はステム、１２はキャップ、１３は赤外線入射窓、
１４は絶縁基板、１５は赤外線検知用サーミスタチップ
、１６は温度補正用サーミスタチップ、１７は熱的、電
気的絶縁体、１８２〜１８ｄはピン、１９ａ〜１９ｄは
電極、２０ａ〜２０（ｉはリード線である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 赤外線の透過可能な赤外線入射窓を有するキャップと、
    該キャップを封止するステムと、該ステム上に絶縁体を
    介して設けられた温度補正用サーミスタチップと、該温
    度補正用サーミスタチップ上に熱的、電気的絶縁体を介
    して設けられた赤外線検知用サーミスタチップとを備え
    たことを特徴とするサーミスタ赤外線検出器。
