Conventional printed plywood is produced by sequentially printing a ground coat, a bokeh plate, and a tightening plate, or a ground coat, a bokeh plate, a tightening plate, and a conduit plate on a base plate that has been surface-finished and sealed to form a wood grain pattern. Furthermore, it is made by finishing coating with amino alkyd resin, unsaturated polyester, polyurethane resin, etc., and the luster is uniform over the entire surface, so the spring wood part, which is soft and matte, and the autumn wood part, which is hard. The difference between the glossy wood part and the wood part was not reproduced, and there was a drawback that the wood part was confusing.

The method of the present invention is a method for manufacturing printed plywood that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks. That is, in the present invention, a ground coat layer is formed by coating the entire surface with a matte paint or ink on a pretreated base plate, and a base plate for wood grain is applied on the ground coat layer using a blurred plate with cross ink or matte ink. A pattern is printed, and then a finishing pattern is printed on the base pattern using a tightening plate with cloth ink to form a wood grain pattern, and then the entire surface is coated with transparent cloth ink using a thermosetting resin as a binder. This method of manufacturing printed plywood is characterized in that the wood grain patterned spring wood portion is covered with a matte transparent resin film by part-coating with a transparent matte ink using a thermosetting resin as a binder. In the above, the blur plate is a printing plate mainly used to express the color gradation of the spring wood, and the firmness is printed after printing the hoke plate, mainly to express the tight wood texture of the autumn wood. This is the printed version.

Next, a base pattern of the wood grain was printed using a pocket plate with a matte ink made of a nitrocellulose vehicle on the groundcoat layer, and then a gloss ink made of a mixture vehicle of nitrocellulose and alkyd resin was printed. A finishing pattern was gravure offset printed on the base pattern using a tightening plate to form a wood grain pattern. Then, the entire surface was roll-coated with a transparent cloth paint made of a thermosetting urethane vehicle, and then a thermosetting urethane vehicle was applied. Printed plywood was manufactured by partially coating the spring wood portion with a wood grain pattern using transparent matte ink consisting of a vehicle using gravure offset printing. The gloss of this printed plywood was different between the spring wood portion and the fall wood portion with the wood grain pattern. It was printed plywood that realistically expressed the feel of wood.
