た。A conventional coil end shaping method for a stator coil using a heater cast-in type upper and lower split shaping shell is as shown in FIG. 4, and the stator coilend 5 heated by electricity is inserted into the shaping groove 3 from above, brought into contact with the varnish 4, and further pressed from above, thereby melting the powder resin varnish 4 and hardening it by heating. As a result, the shaping and bundling of the coil end 5 were processed at the same time.

性もあった。However, when shaping with the above method, when filling the powder resin varnish 4 into the lower shaping tool 2, it is difficult to control the volume of the powder resin varnish 4 and to uniformly spread it into the shaping groove 3.
As shown in the figure, an excessive amount of powdered resin varnish 4 adheres to the upper surface S of the lower shaping tool 2, causing poor walking, and the working environment is poor due to the conditions of using powder, especially powdered resin varnish 4 floating in the air. This was extremely bad for human health and there was a risk of inducing a dust explosion.

This provides a plastic surgery method.

In the figure, 11 is an upper shaping bath, 12 is a lower shaping tool, 13 is a stator coil end, 14 is a shaping groove that contacts the stator coil end 13, 15 is a stator core, and 16 is a lower shaping jig 12. However, since the powder resin varnish 18 is also covered with the film layer 28 which is transparent and melts, the powder resin varnish 18 can be inserted onto the upper surface 19 of the lower shaping jig 12 without the powder scattering into the atmosphere. It can be easily and hygienically stored in the shaping groove 14 without excess adhesion, and the amount is just the right amount.

The powdered resin varnish 1 contained therein is melted by heating from the stator coil end 13 and covered with a film layer 20 at the same time by pressure.
8 flows in the shaping groove 14, and the stator coil end 13
The powder resin varnish 18 is cured while it is held in the press. Therefore, the bundling of the stator coilend 13 is completed at the same time as one shaping, and the yield of the materials used at that time is extremely high, sanitary, and simple.
