    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バッフル板に、車輌の車室内に膨出したホイルハウス上
    面より離間してスピーカを取付け、該バッフル板の脚部
    を該ホイルハウスに取付け、該ホイルハウスの室内側を
    、成形した板状のトリム部材で覆い、該トリム部材にス
    ピーカ組付は穴を開口し、該スピーカ組付は穴の周縁下
    面と、上記スピーカの外周のバッフル板の上面との間に
    シール材を介装したことを特徴とする自動車のリアスピ
    ーカ取付は構造。
