    に取付けられるスピーカ及び前面プロテクタから成るス
    ピーカユニットと、ベンチレーション開口及び前面スク
    リーンから成るベンチレーションユニットとにおいて、
    スピーカ用開口及びペンナレーション開口を一体に設け
    、さらに前面プロテクタ及び前面スクリーンを一体に形
    成したことを特徴とする自動車用スピーカ・ベンチレー
    ション複合ユニット。
