    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の共振周波をもった矩形の電歪素子１゜、　　　２
    ．　３．　４．　５および６などを所定の配置にて接着
    した振動板１１を保護カバー１３によって封止し、リー
    ド線１６．２５および３４などを含むケーブル１２によ
    って上記の電歪素子１，２，３゜４．５および６などの
    電極を所定の遅延時間が得られるように調整した遅延回
    廊Ｄ１６およびＤ２５などを介して送受信端子１８に接
    続しである複周波・可変ビーム幅振動子。
