  1. 超音波遅延媒体と、この超音波遅延媒体を挟持する端子
    板と、この端子板にかん合するケースと、インピーダン
    ス素子とを具備し、上記インピーダンス素子の外部接続
    用端子を上記超音波遅延媒体の外部接続用端子とは独立
    に配置し、上記インピーダンス素子を上記端子板と上記
    ケースとで挟持したくし形フィルタ。
