記入口を持ち前記マスクシリンダと一体の第1半体と、
前記出口を持ち前記第1半体に螺着される第2半体とよ
り構成し、前記第2半体の第1半体側開口部に嵌合され
る弁筒に、前記弁体および前記弁ばねを組込んで弁体・
弁ばねユニットを構成し、°前記第2半休に前記受圧ピ
ストンおよび前記調厚ばねを組込んで受圧ジストン・調
