There is method 8), which involves applying a solid mold of the desired shape or a cut-out mold to the surface of the wood base, and then sandblasting or honing the area where the mold was applied so that it is concave or convex. It is something.

りする雑さがあつた。Therefore, each time sandblasting or honing is carried out, it is complicated to apply and remove a pattern on the surface of the wood substrate, and even after sandblasting or honing, it is necessary to carry out decorations such as coloring. Also, because a mold was used, delicate patterns lacked sharpness. In addition, there is a method for manufacturing a lacquered product that forms a carved wood grain pattern according to the invention of the present inventor in JP-A-51-4028, which also involves the use of a mold made of rubber, plastic, iron plate, etc. on a straight-grained board of coniferous wood. This method is completely different from the present invention, and is completely different from the present invention. When performing liquid honing, it was cumbersome to apply a mold to the wood surface and remove it.

Masking may be performed by a method such as screen printing. Third, after drying, the wood material is sandblasted or liquid honed to carve the wood grain in areas other than those masked by clear paint.
