ロープステップ装置を提供することを目的とする。In general, it is not easy for a disabled person in a wheelchair to pass over steps, and especially when there is a significant difference in height, it is often impossible even if an attendant is present. Recently, vehicles such as buses that can be used by disabled people in wheelchairs have been developed, but how to get the disabled people on and off has become a problem. In this case, there are methods such as removing the disabled person from the wheelchair and boarding the wheelchair first, then loading the empty wheelchair later, or lifting the disabled person from each wheelchair and letting them board, but either method requires a lot of time and effort. This is not necessarily a preferable method as it requires a lot of effort and gives the physically disabled a sense of anxiety. Furthermore, when transporting luggage on a handcart or a trolley, the whole vehicle must be lifted up when it reaches a level difference, which is often inconvenient. The present invention has been made in consideration of these circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a slope step device that is most suitable for use at a stepped portion.

The gist of the present invention is that a gentle slope connecting the stepped portions is formed, and furthermore, a staircase portion for steps is automatically assembled in the central zone of the slope. Next, the present invention will be specifically explained based on an illustrated embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a boarding/exit of a bus exclusively for the handicapped. Reference numeral 1 denotes a platform serving as a slope, having a width sufficient for a wheelchair to pass through, and A notch 1a is provided in the central band, and this notch 1

One side of the step plate 3 is rotatably attached to the lower surface side of the platform 1 via a hinge 5, and the free end side has a downwardly foldable support. A bent stopper piece 3a is formed,
On the other hand, both ends of the support 4 are rotatably mounted on the bottom side of the platform 1 via mounting brackets 6 at a position corresponding to the side of the notch 1a, and the center part of the support 4 is located on the bottom side of the step plate 3. This is done so that it can be accepted. In addition, there are rising walls 1b on both sides of the platform 1.
are formed, and handles 7 are attached to key points on the outer surface. The platform 1 formed in this way is connected to another platform 1'' by a hinge 8 in a longitudinal direction, and has a rising wall 1b11b.
A stopper piece 9 fixed to one rising wall 1b'' side is provided at the abutting portion of ``. Reference numeral 10 denotes an auxiliary plate fixed to the free end side of the platform 1, and a hinge 11 is further attached to the end of this auxiliary plate.

The hinge 1 is attached to the end of the floor surface 13 inside the doorway as shown in FIG.
1 may be fixed on one side with bolts 14 or the like. At this time, as shown in the figure, the operation will be smoother if the gas spring 15 is mounted between the side of the platform 1 and the entrance/exit step by pivoting both ends of the gas spring via stays 16. This is preferable because it can be done. When the slope step device installed in this manner is not in use, the platform 1 is folded with the hinge 8 as a fold.
, 1'' are folded so that their lower surfaces meet and are held in a substantially vertical position, and are stored inside the opening/closing door 17 of the bus 12.

できる。On the other hand, when in use, open the opening/closing door 17 and platform 1
, 1'' handles 7, 7'' are rotated around the hinge 11 and extended outward, and the platform 1 and `` are opened, and the stopper pieces 9 make them flush, and the platform The free end of 1'' touches the ground to form a gentle slope connecting this road surface 18 and the bus floor surface 13. At this time, the step plate 3 of the platform 1 rotates about the hinge 5 due to its own weight, and the support 4 is also rotated and stopped in a vertical state to receive the step plate 3. Accordingly, the step portion 2 is automatically formed corresponding to the notch 1a of the platform 1. Similarly, on platform 1'', a staircase section 2'' is formed by step plate 3'' and support C, and a continuous staircase is formed in the central zone of platforms 1 and 1'', and this staircase section is for the attendant. It is. Therefore,
The attendant can climb the stairs while pushing the wheelchair in which the disabled person is riding, and allow the disabled person to board the bus 12 along with the wheelchair. In this case, the wheels of the wheelchair pass through the flat surfaces on both sides of the staircase portions 2, 2'', making it easy to push the wheelchair up.
Also, on both sides of each platform are rising walls 1b, 1b.
'' is formed, which prevents the wheels from coming off and is safe.
Further, since the auxiliary board 10 serves as a horizontal connecting board connecting the platform 1 and the bus floor 13, the wheelchair can be moved safely and reliably. After the handicapped person has boarded the vehicle in this way, hold the handles 7, 7'' and fold the platform 1, 1'' along the hinge 8 in a mountain-fold manner so that this joint is facing upward. 2
'' can be automatically closed to allow the platforms 1, 1'' to be placed one on top of the other, and further pivoted around the hinge 11 to bring them into a vertical position so that they can be accommodated in the bus 12.

用のバス等に取付けて使用するのに最適なものである。If, for example, a suitable locking fitting is attached to the upper part of the entrance/exit of the bus 12 to lock the upper part of the slope step device stored in the vertical position, this device will be prevented from swinging while the bus is running. This makes it possible to prevent this from happening. If this slope step device is used, a disabled person can be easily and safely disembarked from the wheelchair while remaining in the wheelchair. As explained above, this idea can be folded up when not in use, saving space for storage, and when in use, it can be extended to form a gentle slope for boarding and alighting. Moreover, this slope has a stairway for attendants. Since the system is configured to automatically form, it is possible to safely and efficiently board and disembark a person with a disability in a wheelchair, making it ideal for use when attached to a bus exclusively for the disabled. It is something.

In addition, in the case of the above embodiment, a gas spring was provided on one side of the platform of the slope step device, but it may also be provided on both sides of the platform, and in any case, this gas spring may be provided. Therefore, the slope step device can be operated smoothly.
